I am getting Authentication failed.


  • If you have free trial you have probably reached the limit of 2 days.
  • Your VPN service is not active.
  • You have used wrong VPN username or password.
  • Rarely this can be caused by ISP restrictions.

  1. Log in to the Members Area and check whether your service is active.
  2. Be sure that you use the correct VPN username and VPN password. You can find the VPN username in the Members Area. And the VPN password is the same as your iWatchTVAbroad account password.
  3. If you are not sure about your password you can generate a new one HERE.
